1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once the customer agrees to the quotation and scheduling is completed. Advance payment (if applicable) secures your relocation slot.
2. Cancellation Policy
- 48 Hours Before Scheduled Move: Cancellation is free of charge. Any advance payment will be refunded after processing.
- 24–48 Hours Before Move: A minimal administrative charge may apply.
- Less Than 24 Hours Before Move: Cancellation charges may apply due to manpower and vehicle allocation.

3. Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method whenever possible.
- No refund is applicable once the relocation service has commenced.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- If incorrect inventory details were provided resulting in revised pricing.
- If service delay occurs due to uncontrollable factors such as traffic, weather, strikes, or regulatory restrictions.
- If customer denies service upon arrival without valid reason.
5. Service Modifications
Customers may request changes to date or service details subject to availability. Rescheduling within reasonable notice is supported.
6. Transit Insurance
Refunds for damages during transit are applicable only if transit insurance was opted and processed as per insurance provider terms.
